Wie w\u00e4re es stattdessen mal mit etwas Abwechslung auf Eurem Nudel-Teller?  Diese cremige S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelso\u00dfe ist unglaublich lecker und schnell zubereitet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln sind richtig gesund. Beim Kauf, solltest Du darauf achten, dass Du m\u00f6glichst frische S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln bekommst (wie bei jedem Gem\u00fcse). Das erkennst Du an der satten, orangenen Farbe.  Sie sind reichhaltige Quellen f\u00fcr Antioxidantien, enthalten viel Kalium, haben einen niedrigen glyk\u00e4mischen Index, zur Stabilisierung des Blutzuckerspiegels und sind reich an Ballaststoffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir lieben S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln, da sie so unglaublich vielseitig sind. Du kannst sie herzhaft, aber auch s\u00fc\u00df zubereiten. Du kannst sie Kochen, d\u00e4mpfen, backen, frittieren und auch roh essen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Das brauchst Du f\u00fcr die cremige S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel So\u00dfe:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel (ca. 350 g)<\/li><li>1\/2 EL Kokos\u00f6l<\/li><li>1 Zwiebel<\/li><li>2-3 Knoblauchzehen<\/li><li>75 g eingeweichte Cashews<\/li><li>240 ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/li><li>Optional 2-3 EL Hefeflocken<\/li><li>Optional 1 EL Zitronensaft<\/li><li>1 TL Fines <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tantefine.de\/gewuerze\/gewuerze-ueberblick\/kartoffelgewuerz.html\">KARTOFFELHELD<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Nudeln<\/li><li>Optional veganer Parmesan zum toppen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tantefine.de\/gewuerze\/gewuerze-ueberblick\/kartoffelgewuerz.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tantefine.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Tante-Fine-Blog-25.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3143\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tantefine.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Tante-Fine-Blog-25.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.tantefine.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Tante-Fine-Blog-25-300x117.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tantefine.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Tante-Fine-Blog-25-768x300.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3>So bereitest Du die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel So\u00dfe zu:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln und Knoblauch mit dem Kokos\u00f6l etwas and\u00fcnsten. Die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln klein schneiden, und ebenfalls etwas abraten. Mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. Alles f\u00fcr ca. 10 Minuten auf geringer Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Cashews, Zitronensaft und die Gew\u00fcrze zugeben. Nochmals k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln weich sind. Mit einem P\u00fcrierstab oder Mixer zu einer cremigen So\u00dfe p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcber Eure Nudeln geben und genie\u00dfen.
